Welcome to our Online Services Portal – our system for you to lodge requests, anytime and anywhere. The system connects your enquiry with the relevant council department to ensure your query is responded to promptly and efficiently.
We recommend you create an account with MyPenrith, our new Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) system, so you can always see a record of the requests and questions you’ve asked us and track their progress. A MyPenrith account can be used across Council's online services, for simple, secure access. This is a key part of our Customer Promise and we will be improving and expanding the services over time. However, you can lodge a request as a guest if you choose.
For added security, we emphasize the importance of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect your account and personal information. This method involves providing a phone number for text or call verification, ensuring that only you can access your account.
